Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers residing in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein via the online shop of The Conscious Beauty Company AG, Zwinglistrasse 27, 8004 Zurich, www.rebellebeauty.ch (hereinafter referred to as rebellebeauty.ch). rebellebeauty.ch provides all services exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, the customer expressly agrees to these GTC. They form an integral part of the contract between the customer and rebellebeauty.ch.

  1. Information on the website & prices

2.1 rebellebeauty.ch always strives to inform and educate customers about the products and services offered in the best possible way.

2.2 All information on rebellebeauty.ch is provided without guarantee, and any liability is expressly disclaimed. To the extent permitted by law, rebellebeauty.ch specifically excludes any warranty and liability for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information on the website.

2.3 Prices and product ranges are subject to change without notice.

2.4 The current prices are published on the internet at rebellebeauty.ch.

2.5 Prices are binding for both parties at the time of ordering. However, in the event of errors or mistakes in the price quotation, rebellebeauty.ch reserves the right to make subsequent price changes. In this case, the customer will be informed and is not obligated to accept the products affected by the price change.

2.6 All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
2.7 In addition to the prices stated, the shipping costs expressly indicated on the product page will apply, depending on the shipping method.

2.8 For orders over CHF 150, after deduction of discounts and special offers, shipping costs (excluding registered A-Post) are covered by rebellebeauty.ch.

  1. Order & Delivery

3.1 An order becomes binding for the customer when, at the end of the ordering process, he confirms his order on the page where the overall summary of the order is displayed by clicking the 'Order with obligation to pay' button.

3.2 The customer will receive an order confirmation email from rebellebeauty.ch immediately after placing the order, to the email address provided by the customer.

3.3 rebellebeauty.ch reserves the right to refuse an order, in particular if there is a legal dispute with the customer, especially in connection with outstanding payments from previous orders placed with rebellebeauty.ch, or if there are other outstanding invoices due from the same person or a person living in the same household.

3.4 The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, delivery may not be possible, and rebellebeauty.ch may refrain from delivering the product entirely without any claims for compensation or damages.

3.5 rebellebeauty.ch delivers products exclusively to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

  1. Delivery and delivery time

4.1. The shipping policy stipulates that rebellebeauty.ch will ship the products on the day of receipt of payment or confirmation of payment.

4.2 rebellebeauty.ch can only be held liable for delivery delays and their consequences if these were caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of rebellebeauty.ch. rebellebeauty.ch accepts no liability for any other delivery delays and their consequences, including delays caused by the postal service or third parties.

  1. Products delivered in error

Items delivered in error or in excess must be returned immediately in their original packaging, and no later than 7 days after receipt. Any items not returned within this period will be invoiced.

  1. Coupons & Discounts

Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. At the end of the ordering process, enter the voucher code in the designated field. The corresponding amount will be deducted directly from the current order. Vouchers exceeding the order total cannot be refunded. Discounts cannot be combined, including with vouchers.

  1. Shipping costs

At checkout, the customer can choose between "Economy" shipping (2-5 business days) or "Priority" shipping (1-2 business days). Shipping costs for packages, including VAT, are CHF 8.50 per shipment for Economy and CHF 10.50 for Priority. For standard mail, a flat rate of CHF 2.90 is charged for A-Post (priority mail).

  1. Warranty and liability disclaimer

8.1 rebellebeauty.ch guarantees that the products are undamaged at the time of shipment. Products damaged during shipping will be replaced at rebellebeauty.ch's discretion, provided the customer notifies rebellebeauty.ch of the defect by email within 7 days of receiving the goods. If rebellebeauty.ch so requests, the customer must also immediately return the delivered products in their original packaging to rebellebeauty.ch.

8.2 Furthermore, rebellebeauty.ch shall be liable to the customer for damages insofar as such liability of rebellebeauty.ch is mandatory under the Product Liability Act.
8.3 Any further warranty for the delivered products and any liability for damages caused by these products is excluded, unless rebellebeauty.ch has fraudulently concealed the relevant product defects. However, if rebellebeauty.ch can assert further warranty claims against its manufacturers for the product in question, rebellebeauty.ch will, to the extent possible and at the customer's request, assign these claims to the customer. rebellebeauty.ch assumes no responsibility, however, for the successful enforcement of these claims. The same applies to any claims that rebellebeauty.ch may assert against the postal service for damages incurred during transport.

8.4 In particular, rebellebeauty.ch provides no guarantee that the products are suitable for the customer's intended use or that they will produce a specific result. Furthermore, the guarantee excludes damage caused by the buyer, e.g., due to improper use of the product, or damage caused by external influences not attributable to the seller, such as damage incurred during transport.

  1. Right of withdrawal & return policy

9.1 Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of delivery. However, this does not apply to the Try-Me Kit, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The right of return is exercised by returning the goods; no reason is required. The return must be sent to

9.2. Returned products or packages will only be accepted in proper condition, i.e., unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. For the Beauty Balm, the product is considered opened when the white adhesive seal on the lid has been removed. For the Cleanser, this is when the aluminum foil seal has been removed, and for the remaining products, when the outer packaging (cardboard box) has been opened.

9.3 Exercising the right of return transforms the purchase agreement into a reversal transaction, whereby the services received under the purchase agreement must be refunded. The customer bears the costs of the return shipment.

9.4 Upon receipt of the goods, any purchase price already paid will be refunded to the customer immediately. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

9.5 rebellebeauty.ch guarantees that the products are undamaged at the time of shipment. Products damaged during shipping will be replaced at rebellebeauty.ch's discretion, provided the customer notifies rebellebeauty.ch of the defect by email within 14 days of receiving the goods.   1. means of payment

10.1 Orders placed via the website rebellebeauty.ch must generally be paid in advance using the payment methods specified on the website rebellebeauty.ch. The following payment methods are available: PayPal, Twint, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Maestro.

10.2 Until full payment for the ordered products or payment confirmation by the credit card provider, the delivered products remain the property of rebellebeauty.ch in all cases.

  1. Data protection

11.1 rebellebeauty.ch uses and processes personal data for customer relationship management and its own marketing purposes. Customers always have the option to prevent this automatic analysis. If no automatic personalized analysis is desired, customers can object in writing at any time.

11.2 Customers will only receive a newsletter from rebellebeauty.ch upon their explicit request. Unsubscribing is possible at any time.


  1. Liability

12.1 Liability for product defects or damages caused by such defects is governed exclusively by clause 8. For damages resulting from delayed delivery, clause 4 applies exclusively.

12.2 Furthermore, to the extent permitted by law, rebellebeauty.ch excludes any other liability to the customer for damages arising in connection with the products, the use or (non-)availability of the rebellebeauty.ch website. For example, claims for damages arising from impossibility of performance, non-performance, and tort are excluded against both rebellebeauty.ch and its agents or subcontractors, unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

  1. Partial invalidity & validity-preserving reduction

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions and their purpose. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provisions.

  1. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

This contract is governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes with rebellebeauty.ch is Zurich, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory places of jurisdiction stipulated by federal law.

  1. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

rebellebeauty.ch expressly reserves the right to adapt these terms and conditions to changing circumstances at any time and to apply them immediately to any subsequent orders.
