Returns/Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of delivery. The right of return is exercised by returning the goods; no reason is required. Returns must be sent to The Conscious Beauty Company AG, Returns, Zwinglistrasse 27, 8004 Zurich, Switzerland.
Exercising the right of return transforms the purchase agreement into a reversal transaction, whereby the services received under the purchase agreement must be refunded. The customer bears the costs of the return shipment.
Upon receipt of the goods, any purchase price already paid will be promptly refunded to the customer.
The right to deduct from the refundable purchase price or to issue an invoice for any damage, excessive or improper wear and tear of the goods remains reserved. No deduction will be made if the loss in value is due to handling of the goods necessary to ascertain their nature, condition, and functionality. The Conscious Beauty Company AG may refuse repayment until it has received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
The Conscious Beauty Company AG guarantees that the products are undamaged at the time of shipment. Products damaged during shipping will be replaced at The Conscious Beauty Company AG's discretion, provided the customer notifies The Conscious Beauty Company AG of the defect via email within 14 days of receiving the goods. If The Conscious Beauty Company AG so requests, the customer must also immediately return the delivered products in their original packaging to The Conscious Beauty Company AG, with The Conscious Beauty Company AG covering the return shipping costs .
Any further warranty for the delivered products and any liability for damages caused by these products is excluded, unless The Conscious Beauty Company AG has fraudulently concealed the relevant product defects. However, if The Conscious Beauty Company AG can assert further warranty claims against its suppliers for the product in question, The Conscious Beauty Company AG will, to the extent possible and at the customer's request, assign these claims to the customer. The Conscious Beauty Company AG assumes no responsibility, however, for the successful enforcement of these claims. The same applies to any claims that The Conscious Beauty Company AG may assert against the postal service for damages incurred during transport.
In particular, The Conscious Beauty Company AG makes no guarantee that the products are suitable for the customer's intended use or that they will produce a specific result.
Returned products or packages will only be accepted in proper condition, i.e. unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.
